Mudurnu Vocational School was established with the decision numbered 117 of the Council of Higher Education dated 22.08.1997 and was named Mudurnu Süreyya Astarcı Vocational School with the approval of the decision numbered 2006/9–17 of the Senate of Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University dated 05.04.2006 by the Council of Higher Education on 05.05.2006.
There are 6 departments within the school, namely Plant and Animal Production, Management and Organization, Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services, Architecture and Urban Planning, Forestry, Veterinary Medicine. Under these departments, there are Medicinal and Aromatic Plants, Poultry Breeding, Beekeeping, Business Management, Tourism and Hotel Management, Architectural Restoration, Forestry and Forest Products and Laboratory and Veterinary Health Programs.
