Students who want to apply for an internship can download the necessary forms from the links below. The Internship Application and Acceptance Form and Internship Agreement documents must be signed by the institution where the internship will be held.
It is strongly requested that you print the internship file, organize it as a wire file and fill it out carefully. Filling the file daily will ensure that your internship process progresses more efficiently. It has been observed that the files filled out collectively after the internship are not detailed enough.
After the internship process is completed, you will be subject to an exam to be given by the faculty members. Students who fail this exam will have to repeat their internship the following year.
