The Academic Unit Quality Commission (A-BİKAK) meeting of Mudurnu Süreyya Astarcı Vocational School was successfully completed on December 9, 2024 under the chairmanship of Dr. Lecturer Mehmet Akif Özcan. In the meeting held to strengthen quality-oriented studies, important steps were taken regarding the institution's risk management processes.
In the meeting, the Institutional Risk Record Form was filled in detail, potential risks were determined and the necessary strategies to minimize these risks were discussed. In addition, the Consolidated Risk Report prepared in line with the evaluations made has become an important guide that will shape the institution's roadmap for the future.
Dr. Lecturer Mehmet Akif Özcan said in his statement at the end of the meeting, "Quality management and risk analyses are the cornerstones that contribute to the sustainable development of our institution. These steps we have taken here as a team today are an important turning point for our academic unit."
The A-BİKAK meeting continues to attract attention as a platform that increases internal communication and cooperation and supports quality processes. The meeting ended with a productive session where there was intense exchange of ideas among the participants and innovative steps were planned for the future.
